Senior associate operation & Maintenance engineer
- To attend site visits - site survey, 24-hour MCMC/SMA/VVIP complaint, resident protest, Local Authority, etc.
- To attend project meetings and event support at site - MCMC biweekly state Working Group meetings (14 MCMC State Offices), PPV, State/by-election, Local Authority meetings, etc.
- To do on-site verification on project milestone for O&M scope.
- To prepare documentation for MCMC self-declaration reporting.
Permitting & government liaison manager
Managing and supervising the appointed team of officers in ensuring that all submissions are processed and approved in accordance with the Authority's requirements. The Liaison Manager shall be the main point of contact between stakeholders, authorities and client.
Site safety supervisor
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
